I found this reporting under a headline “BLOODY NEWS FROM KESSAB” uncalled for. Those who read in Armenian are especially sensitized to the term “Bloody News” as it it the title of a famous book of poetry by Siamanto, called “Bloody News from My Friend” and the book of poetry pertains to massacres of Armenians. There is a lot of irrisponsible reporting on the internet. There are numerous Armenian news outlets on the Internet each vying to attract more readers. There is trend of sensationalizing news to attract readers. The headlines are getting exaggerated. Hairenik Weekly should be more responsible and should refrain from using such titles unless really warranted.
