Պրիւքսէլում տեղի ունեցած եռակողմ հանդիպումից յետոյ Եւրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շարլ Միշելը պաշտօնապէս յայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանը ճանաչել է Ատրպէյճանի տարածքային ամբողջականութիւնը 1991 թուականի Ալմա Աթայի Հռչակագրի հիման վրայ. 86.6 հազար քառ. քմ տարածքով:
